Final Task: Low Fidelity and High Fidelity Prototype


User Testing (Hayato Saito) 

Scenario: Ticket Booking
Objective: Evaluate the user's ability to successfully book tickets for a movie.
Background: The user frequent moviegoer who wants to book tickets for the latest blockbuster at TGV Cinemas using the mobile app.
Task: Open the TGV Cinemas app and navigate to the "Now Showing" section to find his desired movie
Success Criteria:
The user successfully locates the movie in the app.
The user explores the movie details, including the synopsis and trailers.
The user selects the upcoming Saturday evening showtime for "Wonka"
The user proceeds to choose seats and successfully completes the seat selection process without confusion.
The user navigates through the booking process, selects the preferred ticket types, and adds a snack combo to the order.
The user securely completes the payment process using their preferred method (credit card).
The user receives a clear and immediate booking confirmation with all relevant details.
The user can locate his active tickets and the information for showtimes and seats in the Tickets page of the TGV application.
The user can locate his active snack reservations in the Tickets page of the TGV application.






Problems:

Search bar was too thin

The button for sign up didn't work

Alignment of text for coming soon and now showing in the Quick Booking page


Testing with Users (Sharifah Yasmeen)

Scenario: Booking Tickets
Goal: Check how well the user can book movie tickets.
The user is a regular moviegoer who wants to use the mobile app to book tickets for the newest hit movie at TGV Cinemas.
Task: She needs to open the TGV Cinemas app and go to the "Now Showing" area to find the movie she wants to see.
Good Luck Things to look for:
The person is able to find the movie in the app.
The person looks at information about the movie, such as the synopsis and trailers.
The person chooses the next "Wonka" showtime for Saturday night.
The user goes ahead and picks places, and the process of choosing seats goes smoothly.
The customer books a ticket, picks the type of ticket they want, and adds a snack package to their order.
The user safely makes the payment using the way they prefer, which is usually a credit card.
The user gets a clear booking confirmation right away, with all the important information.
On the Tickets part of the TGV app, the user can see what tickets are still valid and find information about showtimes and seats.
On the Tickets page of the TGV app, the user can see all of her current snack reservations.




Problems:

Due to prototyping, all movies led to the same page. because there is no modularity in Figma. 


Tests with Users (Hassan Zainoodin Moossajee) 

Booking tickets is the Scenario.
Assess the user's ability to book movie tickets successfully.
Background: The user is a regular moviegoer who wants to use the mobile app to book tickets for the newest hit movie at TGV Cinemas.
He had to open the TGV Cinemas app and go to the "Now Showing" area to find the movie he wanted to see.
Doing Well Things to consider:
The user finds the movie in the app without any problems.
The person looks at information about the movie, such as the summary and trailers.
The person picks the next "Wonka" showtime for Saturday night.
The person then continues to pick seats and completes the process without any problems.
The user books a ticket, picks the type of ticket they want, and adds a snack package to their order.
The user pays safely using the way they prefer, which is usually a credit card.
The user gets an instant, clear confirmation of the booking with all the necessary information.
The TGV app's Tickets page is where users can find their active tickets and details about showtimes and seats.
On the TGV app's Tickets page, the user can see all of his current snack reservations.





Problems:

Due to prototyping issues in figma, some buttons need multiple clicks or holds.



Tests with User (Elly Kartini)

Case Study: Buying Tickets
Aim: See how well the person can book movie tickets.
This person usually goes to the movies and wants to use the mobile app to get tickets to TGV Cinemas's newest hit movie.
She needs to find the movie she wants to see in the "Now Showing" section of the TGV Cinemas app.
Best of luck What to look for:
The person can use the app to find the show.
People look at things like movie synopses and clips to learn more about the movie.
The person picks the next time for Saturday night's "Wonka" show.
The person moves forward and chooses seats, and the process goes easily.
The customer orders a snack package and gets a ticket. They also choose the type of ticket they want.
The person making the payment uses a safe method that works for them, usually a credit card.
The person who made the reservation gets clear proof right away that has all the important details.
In the TGV app, the Tickets section lets users see what tickets are still good and find out about times and places.
The user can see all of her snack orders on the Tickets page of the TGV app.


Note: During the testing, the facilitator observed the user's interactions, noted any signs of hesitation or confusion, and gathered feedback about the overall experience. Success in each step indicates the user's ability to smoothly navigate through the ticket booking process, signifying a positive usability testing outcome.


Tests with Actual Users (Hasnol rafiq Bin Hasnol Raduan) 

The Scenario is to book tickets.
Check to see how well the person can book movie tickets.
Getting started: This person usually goes to the movies and wants to use the mobile app to get tickets to TGV Cinemas's newest hit movie.
It took him going to the "Now Showing" section of the TGV Cinemas app to find the movie he wanted to see.
Getting Along Things to think about:
The person has no trouble finding the movie in the app.
The person looks at things like the description and trailers to learn more about the movie.
They decide when the next "Wonka" show will be on Saturday night.
The person then keeps picking places and gets through the whole process without any issues.
The person buys a ticket, chooses the kind of ticket they want, and adds a snack package to their order.
The user can easily pay with any method they choose, most often a credit card.
This gives the user a quick, clear confirmation of the reservation with all the important details.
Inside the TGV app, on the Tickets page, users can see their current tickets and see information about when and where to sit.
Rafiq can see all of their current orders on the app's Tickets page.

The QR Code when an active ticket is clicked does not show. 

Icons better have a description in the bottom navigation bar

Icons need to be designed more professionally, however, due to budget reasons, more professional icons cannot be implemented. Additionally, I cannot create my own icons due to time limitations.
